Apartments are never pulled down in one go. We start at the terrace with tanks and parapets, then remove each floor in turn: partition walls first, then slabs, then beams and columns. Debris drops inside the building’s own footprint, not onto the neighbour’s property. Once the building is low enough, long-boom or standard excavators with breakers finish the job quickly.
